NIKUMAN FLUFFY is a retail business specializing in Japanese style Steamed buns.

We make handmade “Pork belly filling steamed bun” (=”NIKUMAN”)with fresh and safe ingredients.

Our steamed buns are soft and fluffy with 100 % pork belly  and onion fillings. It’s handy and reasonable street food, great as a snack and hearty lunch. Fluffy texture of the buns, juicy filling and special vinegar soy sauce make perfect harmony for ones taste buds!

We sell them at the market, and catering for office and home party etc….
