How to reheat

“Steamed pork belly bun” has five days shelf life after the date manufactured being refrigerated. When you eat, please reheat with microwave or steamer in following steps.

–using microwave–

1. Sprinkle a little water on the surface of the buns. (don’t wet them too much)

2.   Put it on a dish, and wrap with cling film loosely.

3.   Reheat with microwave for around 30 to 40 second at 600 W per bun (four buns 2 minutes and 20 seconds ). If the bun is frozen, please reheat 1 minute 30 seconds per bun. Make sure they are piping hot.

4.   Eat them soon after reheating, and don’t refrigerate again.

–using steamer–

1.  Boil water in a pot. After  boiled, keep at middle to high heat, and put in steamer (stainless steel / bamboo) arrange buns in a single layer in the pot, and put the lid on top.

2.  Put a cloth between the steamer and the  lid to avoid the water dripping on the buns.

3.  Steam them 7-8 minutes. If the buns are frozen, please steam them about 15 minutes.

4.   Eat them soon after reheating, and  don’ t refrigerate again.
